Every staff member at Baby Ph.D. is required to
attend continuing education seminars in the field of Early Childhood
Development. Two of our
teachers are certified Music Together instructors. All of them
bring a wealth of unique personal experiences that enrich our curriculum
daily.
© Sarah Diwan, Ph.D. is the mother of Sarita (6 y/o) and Sonali (5 y/o) and Director of Baby Ph.D. Inc. She is the head of the Baby Ph.D. Dorchester location and sets policy and procedures to ensure network-wide quality care. Prior to founding Baby Ph.D., Sarah worked in mental health research and medical social work. © Sara Davis, B.A. is the mother of Evelyn (1.5 y/o) and as 12+ years experience in childcare with infants, toddlers, and older children. She is the Educational Director and Provider Support Specialist at Baby Ph.D. She is a certified primary school teacher, and has taught kindergarten readiness classes. Sara is a licensed Music Together instructor. © Jeremiah Hulsebos-Spofford, B.A. is the Creative Art Consultant for the Baby Ph.D. network. He has trained in various expressive arts techniques and has facilitated workshops for disadvantaged children domestically and internationally since 2002. © Tiffani Tillman, B.S. is a Special Projects Consultant for the Baby PhD Childcare Network. She currently has her Bachelors in Human Development: Child and Adolescent Development and is currently working on her Masters in Child Development: Infant studies and Administration at the Erikson Institute here in Chicago.© Maria Petrusek, B.A. is the mother of Matteo (3 months old) and is a Language Consultant for the Baby PhD Childcare Network. She teaches Spanish and American Sign Language classes to children in our Network. © Lane Campbell, B.A. is the Administrative Assistant to the Baby PhD Childcare Network as well as working as an Educator at our Dorchester House. She has her Bachelors in Philosophy and Cultural Studies. Prior to working at Baby PhD, she worked in the Field Museum's Education Department and at a daycare in Springfield, OH. |
